The Eagles took first place in the Kent County Meet Friday afternoon at South Christian. The Eagles were led by Keegan Hoekstra in 1st, Peter kuperus in 2nd, and Jonathan Koetje in 5th. Following him were Nathan Baker in 10th, Jacob Voetberg in 40th, Elias DeJong in 45th, and Parker VanHill in 65th.
There were 4 PR's for the Eagles when Elias, Cam Avery, Reece Hoyt, and Jake Mennega all ran their fastest ever 5K on the wet and muddy course.
The Eagles return to action Wednesday at Riverside Park for the OK White Finals.
