Varsity Golf Take 4th Place at The Loop Classic

The Eagles enjoyed one of the most unique golf courses in the country on Friday, The Loop. Able to be played forwards (holes 1-18) or backwards (holes 18-1), it is a fun test and a marvelous course design. The Eagles placed fourth shooting a 306 as a team on a par 70 course that played about 6850 yards. Placing first was division 1 opponents Traverse CIty Central with a 298, then Rochester Adams with 300, Brighton tied with us at 306. The next closest Division 2 team was Forest Hills Eastern with a 328.
Leading the Eagles was junior Max O'Grady with a 2-over par 72 (T2nd overall). Then junior Adam Workman (75), junior Dylan Clark (75), senior Alex VandenBerge (83), and junior Nicholas Sherman with an 86.
The Eagles stay extremely busy this week, with the next OK White varsity Jamboreee on Wednesday at Quail Ridge at 1:30pm. Go Eagles!
