Boys Varsity Tennis vs. Multiple Opponents

The Eagles flew south last Friday for back to back heavy tournament days, playing 6 matches in 2 days in a dress rehearsal for what a run to the State Finals could entail. First up was the Vicksburg tournament, featuring 5 or 6 teams hungry for a shot at the Division 3 4th ranked Eagles.
The Eagles took second place, being edged out by Division 2 Top 10 Portage Northern. There was plenty of hardward to be had however, as the Eagles claimed some flight Championships. The #1 Doubles team of Junior Grant Moorhead and Sophomore Tanner Warners dropped only 3 games in 3 matches to win the title. And #4 Doubles Senior Owen Greer and Sophomore Charlie Walters fought back from a first match deficit to march to the title.
The Eagles returned home but were back on the courts the next day, traveling to Holland Christian.
