In the prestigious Rockford quad Saturday, the Eagles finished first, edging out the host school. The Eagles used a team effort, with every flight winning at least two matches. The other participating schools were St. Joseph and Rochester Stoney Creek.
Leading the way for the Eagles were flight winners Simon Volkema at 1-Singles, Lucas Pinon at 3-Singles and Callum Campbell at 4-Singles.
Eagles are back in action today against OK-White opponent Greenville and then a huge match-up on Wednesday against defending Division 2 champion Forest Hills Northern. Both matches are at Gainey, starting at 4:15.
