Thursday night the Grand Rapids Christian Eagles varsity volleyball team played Wyoming in a conference match. The Eagles defeated the Wolves in 3 sets and the scores were 25-8, 25-9 and 25-12. Stat leaders for the night were Jordyn Gates with 22 assists and 1.5 blocks, Addie VanderWeide with 9 kills and 5 aces, Lauren Peal with 10 digs and 3 aces and Ayva Kooistra with 2 blocks. The Eagles will play Wayland and Hudsonville on Tuesday night at 5:30 and 6:30.
