Eagles down Eagles 14-3
On yet another chilly spring evening the Eagles of Hudsonville invaded the Eagles of GRCHS. Unfortunately, the Hudsonville Eagles made a real mess of the GRCHS Eagle's nest. The Boys Varsity Laxer's got behind early and never were a threat.
However, that is not to say the Pantone 292 Blue and Black Eagles gave up and rolled over. The boys continued to battle throughout the whole game, never giving up, and managed to turn in an excellent 4th quarter. The defense continued to play well with excellent performances turned in by Senior, Anthony Betten, and Freshman, Carson Stransky. Points for the good Eagles came from Sophomore Brock Grieve with (1) goal, and (2) ginos including a sweet one on a fast break transition for Sophomore Luke Afman. (1) Assist each went to West Catholic Junior Erik Mileski, Freshmen Spencer Slagboom, and Logan Eaton. Logan was an animal, gobbling up (5) ground balls, and leading several clears.
