Grand Rapids Christian Varsity Girls Lacrosse won their game Monday night 16-1 at home against Jenison/Comstock Park/Kenowa.  Queen of the Game, Freshman Chloe Pegman, jumped into midfield with a surprised smile and did an amazing job!  First varsity goals were scored by Senior Annika DeKraker, Junior Maddie Burgess, & Freshmen Chloe Pegman and Miriam Kuperus. Our Ground Hog, Sophomore Ella Roossien, scooped balls down. Junior Annelle Dykema assisted her way to our Lax Sister award while Junior Adia Sikkema, won nearly every draw making defense’s job easy and earning herself defender of the game!  Other goals of the game were scored by Juniors Adia Sikkema, Annelle Dykema, Senior Kidist Nelson, Juniors Elizabeth Mehney & Halle Couch, & Junior Maggie Doyle.  Thanks to our fabulous fans for your support once again! Eagles Girls Lacrosse plays 2 more games this week  wednesday at Lowell and  Senior Night on Friday April 28th at home Eagles Stadium.  Come out and support Girls Lacrosse at 7:00 pm Friday at home.
