Wrestling Loses to Forest Hills Central but beats Kelloggsville

The wrestling team traveled to Forest Hills Central Wednesday evening for a OK White and Silver double dual. After falling to FHC 27-53, the Eagles rebounded and defeated Kelloggsville 47-30. Against the Rangers the Eagles were led by Caleb Pugh's 35 second pin. Other winners against FHC were Caleb Bylsma (for), Jayden Wierenga (Pin 3:26), Eldon Grover (Dec 20-14), Will Owens (Pin 0:49). Against the Rockets the Eagles were led by Armand Arakaza's 38 second pin. Other Eagle winners were Caleb Bylsma (for), Jayden Wierenga (for), Eldon Grover (TF 20-2), Arie Tietsma (for), Will Owens (Pin 3:34), Jay Harris (for) and Caleb Pugh (Pin 2:34).
The wrestling team host Allegan, Portage Central and Lansing Sexton on Saturday at the Quest Center. Wrestling starts at 10:00.
