The Eagles returned to action to face Thornapple-Kellogg after having a week off. The game got off to a rocky start for the Eagles on the defensive end. The Eagles slowly picked up the pace and after the first quarter the score was 19-19. The second quarter the Eagles got their running game going after getting some stops on the defensive end. The Eagle held TK to 10 points in the second quarter. At the half, the Eagles led 44-29. The Eagles best quarter was the third and has been all season long. The Eagles came out of half time and put a good half of basketball together. Offensively, the Eagles made some perimeter shots after getting the ball in the paint and kicking it out to shooters. Defensively, the Eagles buckled down and held TK to one shot on most possessions in the second half. The Eagles pulled away with a score of 82-53. 

Brandon Schepel led the Eagles with 24 points. Amir Nixon added 10 and Gabe Vanderwoude with 9. Everyone got in the scoring column for the Eagles. The Eagles return to action Friday with a big show down with Wyoming High School.
