Although the sun was shining at game time, the high winds made the conditions less than ideal for the Friday night game against Reeths-Puffer. The first quarter was a back-and-forth battle for possession with both teams struggling to maintain the ball long enough to get a shot off.  The scoreboard remained at zeros for the first 7 minutes and 13 seconds of the game until Kolbe Gabryszk found the back of the net for an unassisted goal.  The Eagles got on the board again in the second when Will Stuit found Hudson Ogle to put the boys up 2:0. Unfortunately, the Rockets answered back with four of their own, sending the game into halftime with a score of 2:4 in favor of Reeths-Puffer.  

The third quarter was scoreless for both teams.  Two minutes into the 4th quarter, Max Dekker brought the Eagles back within one.  The team continued to fight hard throughout the fourth quarter but with just over a minute left in the game the Rockets netted another putting them up by two. 

Sophomore FOGO Evan Bolt did well winning 54% in the circle giving the team important possessions throughout the game. Freshman, John Watson was in the net for the Eagles and faced 35 shots on the night.
