Grand Rapids Christian JV Girls Lacrosse had their second win of the week on the road vs Grand Haven. In a hard fought and aggressive game, Freshmen Lilah Jabara and Ava Leder, Sophomore Jordyn Jones and Senior Bree Lane all scored. Sophomore Cassidy Holtz picked up the Groundhog award for her amazing effort throughout the entire game. Defender of the game was Mia Powell who consistently led the charge to keep Grand Haven out of our net. Queen of the game, Makena Nyhuis showed us her energy and versatility on both attack and mid. LAX Sister Bree Lane showed true leadership on attack, both scoring and setting up her teammates for success. Our Positive Penguin, Zoe McNally was both a force to be reckoned with on defense, a leader, and a cheerleader throughout the game. A special shout out also to Ella Prins for an amazing night as goalie and stopping some tough shots. On to Mattawan on Friday!
