Eagles Lose: -
The Eagles ended a very successful 2024 season with a sixth place finish in the MHSAA finals. The competition was quite intense this season as there so many great teams and runners. Leading the way for the Eagles, as he has all season, was junior Simon Triezenberg. Simon ran 15:42 on the day. He was followed by senoirs Dylan Clark, Jonathan Koetje, Joe Waalkes, and Peter Kuperus. Next for the Eagles was sophomore Micah Small and junior Keegan Hoekstra. Keegan was hampered by an injury late in the season that sidelined him for more than 2 weeks and ruined his chances of running his normal speedy time. The Eagles had a very successful season winning invites at Benzie, Ottawa Hills, Otsego, and the County Meet, as well as taking first in a very competitive OK White conference. The Eagles are thankful for the great fan support all season and look forward to 2024!
